Payments

The commission must be paid upfront before I start to do the drawing.

Payments via Paypal (International) or Bank BTN, Gopay, Ovo, ShopeePay (Local)

Price stated is USD for international buyers and Rupiah for local (Indonesian) buyers.

Payments using Paypal will be made via invoice. I will send an additional invoice if there are any extra charges during the commission process.

I am creating and delivering digital goods and I have no intention of physically shipping the commissions results.

Order Notes

Please prepare a clean references as possible.

I am not accepting custom design at the moment (e.g. character based on description only).

I am not accepting commission replicating someone's artstyle.

Clients have the option to pay half of the total price if the commission reaches 200$+ (International) or 400k+ (Local).

For half-payment commissions, clients will receive low-resolution WIP updates until fully paid. Clients must pay in full to receive the final high-resolution commission.

For International buyers, clients has 72 hours to pay the commission after I sent you an invoice or else the commission will be canceled and you lose your slot.

For Local buyers, clients has 72 hours to pay the commission after I agree to work on the commission or else the commission will be canceled and you lose your slot.

I will make sure to update commission slot regularly first on Carrd and then on my socials.

If the clients don't get a commission slot, I will put you on the waitlist. I will inform the clients when I finish the current batch and ready to take another batch. The clients can either accept or decline the slot. Clients can get off from the waitlist at any time by informing me first.

Cancel & Refund

Clients is unable to refund if I already started on making progress of your commission.

Clients is able to get a full refund (excluding taxes) if I haven't make any progress within 3 months on your commission or I unable to complete your commission because of certain circumstances.

Timeline

Estimated time for each commission completion is around 1 week to 2 months, depending on your queue slot, commission types, and the complexity of each commission.

I can not be rushed. There is no rush fee option at the moment.

I will inform the clients to request additional time to complete the commission. The additional time is a maximum of 1 month. If I miss the deadline, clients has the full right to request a full refund (excluding taxes) provided the clients does not own the progress work I created for them.

Process & Revision

Commission canvas size usually start with A4 / 2480 x 3508 px 300 DPI, then I will expand the size as I see fit. Please specify first if you have preferred canvas size. For Close-up Icon Style the canvas size is 1500 x 1500 px (5 x 5 inch) 300 DPI.

After payment is accepted, I will work on the initial sketch.

Clients are allowed a maximum of 3 minor revisions (e.g. hair shape, eye shape adjustment, etc.) and 2 major revisions (e.g. changing poses, clothing, etc.) during the sketch phase.

Clients is also allowed a maximum of 3 minor revisions from line art to final illustration. More of that clients must pay an additional 15% base price per charge.

If there are any missing or misdraw of the details I draw during the process, for example missing accessories, face marks, incorrect skin color, etc., it will not count on minor revisions.

I will send WIP updates generally start from sketch, line art, color, render, and final touch. Clients are free to ask for progress updates, though I am not always have a definitive progress to show in a short time.

Each time I send a clients a WIP, the clients is expected to give a feedback. For example, simply confirming the WIP or informing some parts needs to be changed. Please feel free to let me know if there are any parts you would like to change or missing in order for me to continue the work.

Communication and revisions may affect the timeline for completion of the commission.

Final Product

Commission results will contain a watermarked (JPG) and unwatermarked version (PNG).

Both versions (watermarked/unwatermarked) will have my small signature around the character. For Personal Use, clients cannot remove the signature. However, clients can request to put my signature in another area if my initial placement is unpreferred.

Commission results will be sent via email or attached with Google Drive link if the file exceeds the 25 MB limit.

The Google Drive link will be available for 30 days from the time it is sent. Make sure to keep the commission files during that time. This is for me to saving Google Drive storage.

If clients wants to keep the commission artwork private, there is an additional fee 50% of total price. However, I can keep the commission artwork on hold for some time (e.g. birthday gift, surprise gift, etc.).

License & Commission Usage

All prices stated are for personal use only.

I retain all rights to my artwork. This includes posting the commissioned artwork on social media, samples and my portfolio.

Do not edit, trace, remove the watermark, or claim my artwork as your own.

Do not put my artwork into any form of image Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Non-Fungible Token (NFT), or blockchain related.

If the clients uses or uploads the commission results to social media, the clients is required to put on credit back to me or tag me one of my socials.

Do not use my artwork for hate, malicious intent, and political use purposes.

For Personal Use, clients can use the artwork for non-profitable, personal use purposes, for example profile picture, banner/icon social media, wallpaper, gifts, prints, etc. Clients are prohibited from monetizing/making a profit of the artwork (e.g. commercial, promotional media, or reselling the artwork.)

For Commercial Use, clients can use the artwork for promotion and profitable purposes, such as video/post thumbnails, streaming content, book cover, personal brand promotion material, physical & digital merchandise.

How to Order

Make sure you already read all terms of services before making an order.

Contact me through direct message on one of my socials: Twitter, Instagram, Discord (catysminy11) or through an email ([email protected]).

Specify what styles you want, the format illustration (e.g. landscape or portrait) and the canvas size you preferred.

Attach the references of your characters, personality, characteristic, anything that is related! But keep it at a reasonable amount. Information through links such as Google Drive, Toyhouse, etc is also accepted. Please have a clear reference as possible.

List up your ideas, concept, poses, scenes, vibes, anything about the commission you desire.

From there I will decide if I can take your request and inform you of the estimated total price. For international buyers, I will ask your paypal email and I will send an invoice once we reach an agreement with the commission.

I will ask your email address so the commission results will be delivered there.

Additional Notes

For international clients, please note that I live on GMT +7. So answering the message might not always be a fast response because of the different time zones.
